My little pumpkin!

Being a Christian is a lot like being a pumpkin

God picks you from the patch, brings you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. 

Then, He cuts off the top and scoops out all the yucky stuff

He removes the seeds of doubt, greed, hate, etc.

and then He carves you a new smiling face

and He puts His light inside you

to shine for all the world to see!

Today we went to the Dallas Arboretum.

We had such a great time with Parker.

This is his very first holiday and I love fall!

The place was absolutely breathtaking.

Parker was so happy!  He enjoyed the Rootbear Cafe!

One day I will tell him the story of Hansel and Gretel...

and Donnie will tell him the story of Peter Pan!

Parker loves his Daddy...and his Daddy loves Parker.

My mom was the official photographer for the day.

There is no greater love than that of our son.

Our sweet family.

The flowers were gorgeous!

Parker loved all the colors.

And he tried to eat the flowers.

One day he will look at this picture and laugh!

What a perfect day!
